About Corruption °C

Corruption °C reports monitor and analyze trends in corruption and its prevention in Latvia since 2005. The focus of this series is on Latvia although some policy issues have been viewed within an international context. The reports do not aim to measure the level of corruption in the way quantitative opinion surveys do. However, Corruption °C reports do strive to follow the often chaotic flow of news and help readers place such information in a broader long-term perspective.

The publisher of Corruption °C is the Centre for Public Policy PROVIDUS, which was established at the end of 2002 by the Soros Foundation-Latvia and several individuals and has since developed as the leading think-tank in Latvia.
